How do I send design requests?
However is easiest for you — text, email or Instagram DM. Send the idea, product photos or a quick voice note and I'll take it from there.
Do I own the designs?
Yes. Once the month is paid, every final file is yours to use anywhere — social, print, ads, your website.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Anytime. Plans are month-to-month with no contract. Move up or down a plan as your needs change.
What if I don't have brand guidelines?
No problem. In your first month I'll set up a simple style guide — colors, fonts and layouts — so everything looks consistent from day one.
Do unused designs roll over?
Plans reset each month so your content stays fresh and on schedule. If something's coming up, just tell me early and we'll plan around it.
